2. Products and Services

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and use the documents for your business operations

• Use the documents internally within your organization

Enterprise Pack additional rights: Use across multiple teams, departments, or subsidiary organizations.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the documents to third parties
• Share your download links or files with other organizations
• Claim authorship or remove copyright notices from the documents
• Use the documents to create competing products for commercial sale

5. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes (VAT/Sales Tax) based on your location. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your documents via our website.

6. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, and content remain the intellectual property of AI Policy Pack / MD Commerce. Your purchase grants you a license to use the materials but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
